How to ask BelloCloud LLC to delete data held in BelloSend, what is removed, and how long it takes.

1. Who this page is for
This page explains how to request deletion of data held in BelloSend, operated by BelloCloud LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.
A business using BelloSend controls the contacts and conversations it loads into the service, and BelloCloud stores that data on its behalf. Which route below applies depends on which of the two you are.
2. If you use BelloSend for your business
Email contact@bellosend.net from the address registered on the account and state:
- The organization name shown in BelloSend.
- What should be deleted: the whole account, one connected channel and its history — a WhatsApp number or an Instagram account — or a named contact and its messages.
- Whether stored media and call recordings should be removed as well.
3. If a business messaged you through BelloSend
The business that contacted you decides what happens to your data, so ask that business first. If you cannot reach it, or it does not respond, email contact@bellosend.net with the WhatsApp number that contacted you and roughly when.
We will identify the business, pass on your request, and delete the data ourselves where the law requires us to act directly.
4. What happens, and when
We acknowledge every request within five business days and complete verified requests within thirty days. Where the law obliges us to keep something longer, such as billing records, we say so and explain why.
Deleting an account removes its contacts, messages, media, templates, campaigns, notes, call logs and recordings from the live service. Backup copies are isolated and expire on the normal backup cycle rather than being edited.
Export anything you need before requesting deletion. Deletion cannot be undone.
5. Deleting data yourself
Administrators do not need to write to us for everyday removals. Inside BelloSend you can empty a conversation, delete a conversation, delete a contact, remove a WhatsApp number, or disconnect an Instagram account, each taking effect immediately.
