1. What we use
BelloSend uses cookies and browser storage to keep the service secure, maintain a signed-in session, remember interface choices, preserve the selected organization and measure limited page-navigation usage through PostHog.
2. Essential authentication
Secure authentication cookies are used for access, session renewal and request protection. They are necessary for login and cannot be disabled through a BelloSend preference without preventing authenticated use.
3. Local preferences
- Language and organization-language preference.
- Light, dark or system appearance choice.
- A cached user summary and selected organization used to restore the interface.
- Temporary UI state such as agent availability timing.
4. Limited PostHog analytics
BelloSend uses PostHog across the public website and signed-in application to record page and route views. Autocapture, performance capture and session recording are disabled. Tracked URLs have query strings, fragments and common record identifiers removed before transmission.
PostHog may use browser storage or cookies to maintain an analytics identifier. Person profiles are limited to explicitly identified users, and BelloSend does not send WhatsApp message content to PostHog. BelloSend does not use advertising cookies.
5. Your controls and contact
You can remove or block site data in your browser settings, and BelloSend instructs PostHog to respect Do Not Track. Blocking or clearing essential cookies will sign you out; clearing local storage resets language, theme, organization and analytics identifiers.
